Please note that refunds are not guaranteed in these circumstances, including cases of dissatisfaction or non-usage of services.
Unauthorized Card Transactions
If you notice a charge on your credit or debit card for a transaction you did not make or authorize on Soul Struck, please first check with family members, colleagues, or others who may have used your card with permission.
If no one recognizes the transaction, we urge you to report it to us within 10 days of the charge date by contacting our support team. Upon receiving your complaint, Soul Struck will investigate the issue at its sole discretion. However, please note:
